The hectic lifestyle leads to imbalanced diets, wrong food habits and endless cups of caffeine or aerated drinks makes one more prone to stress. This in turn leads to ailments like high line of credit pressure, diabetes, heart problems etc. Stress can be overcome with discipline, yoga and meditation. A proper diet clubbed with regular exercise is needed to minimize the element of stress. As a result, we can conclude that we should put stress in an important position in our lives. It should be in a reasonable and a blue level.Therefore, we can be more aware of the events, the things and the people around us. Without stress, the easiness within our lives would be boring. We can not maintain easy goingness all the time. The life wouldnt be exciting without it. The controversy of this story comes both from the religious aspect and the feminism aspects.
